Michael Losier is a speaker in the movie "The Secret" who also has written a book called the "Law of Attraction".
His book is a simple set of exercises that can help you become more aware of what you are thinking and doing. The three steps to the law of attraction are simple yet very complex as they bring up our unconscious thoughts. He has a way of clarifying the whole process that really points out where your resistance is to manifesting and allowing things into your life.
One of the things he points out it that when we start writing or naming what we desire that it brings up our unconscious thoughts which is usually associated with feelings that lower our vibration - make us feel awful in other words. He talks about using a simple way to reduce that by just using the statement "I am in the process" of finding my ideal relationship or having all of the money that I need. By just using the words "I am in the process" it doesn't bring up as much resistance because it is true - you are in the process. Sometimes when you just say "I want to be making more money" it brings up feelings and thoughts like that reflect your false beliefs about yourself like - I could never do that, I am not worthy of making more money or the feelings of anxiety around the unknown parts of doing that.
