Emotional Freedom Technique Manual
The Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a technique created by Gary Craig that is based on the work of Callahan and his Thought Field Therapy. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was originally designed to reduce the psychotherapy process from months and years down to minutes and hours. From there it was discovered that astonishing physical healings also occurred. Symptoms faded for everything from Migraine Headaches to Cancer. I started learning EFT just by reading the full 87 page manual that is free to all and learned to do the tapping sequence. I used it on and off at first and didn't really get much out of it at first. A few years later I had lunch with a friend of mine who had been studying it and using it in her acupuncture practice and in about 10 minutes over lunch I felt like I did more work than my 5 years of therapy! Doing EFT with a trained practitioner makes all of the difference in the world. She taught herself by going through all of the Videos and DVD's that are available and going to a workshop with the founder, Gary Craig.
