Believe
Believe that all things that you desire can come into your life...Easy as it may sound this one is jam packed with our self sabotaging thoughts most of which are unconscious. You may think you want a new car or a new house or an ideal partner, but all of those little feelings you get when we think that thought are what keep you stuck in not having those things you desire. Believing in something so much requires that you are passionate about what you are asking for and have unwavering faith in the law of attraction. To do this may require a certain amount of belief in yourself and the way you are attuned with your thoughts. Your feelings will tell you when your thinking has gone astray. When you are feeling negative emotions - anger, fear, frustration it is telling you that your thoughts are off track. To change your thoughts you have to change the way you feel and to change the way you feel, you need to change your thoughts. Believing and being committed to what you desire means that you have unshakable confidence in yourself. So often we get sidetracked by family members, spouses and other important people in our life who try to tell us what we do. Trying to please others is only hurting you more. In their book "The Law of Attraction", the Hicks/Abraham say it like this: "Giving thought, on the one hand, and expecting or believing, on the other hand, is the balance that brings you to that which you receive". You have to want something and expect it. You may also get caught up in not believing it can happen because you can't figure out just how it will happen. The fear of the unknown makes some work like crazy to keep them busy and keep them out of their fear. In believing that something can happen, you must also be able to have the feeling that it can happen. This can be extremely difficult especially when faced with tragedy, life threatening illness and natural disasters. There is a big difference between hoping and having faith. With hoping you may still be sitting on the couch just hoping that you will be getting a new job or you may be putting yourself out and networking with others because you have the faith in what you are doing. Your beliefs can get in the way of believing. If you don't know what your beliefs are, just take a look at what you have in your life and ask "what must a person believe to have that in their life?" These are all the false beliefs that were taught to you at an early age that you accepted because you didn't really have another choice at that age. You did everything you had to do to protect yourself from hurt, pain and rejection. As you begin to see what your beliefs are that keep you from believing in yourself, you can begin to change those ways of being.
