The Secret to Being Healthy

The Secret to being healthy is a combination of learning to become more emotionally aware, physically aware and mentally aware of how your body and mind are connected.

If thoughts create your reality then how does what you are thinking influence your overall health?

There is so much research in the last 10 years or so on how the body is connected to the mind. The body is the source of your emotions. Your thoughts are what creates the experience of emotion in your body. Candace Pert is one of the leaders in this area of science showing that there actually is a biomolecular basis for our emotions.

Eckhart Tolle in his book "The Power of Now" talks about it this way:

If you cannot feel your emotions, if you are cut off from them, you will eventually experience them on a purely physical level as a physical problem or symptom
